The partnership with VLAWMO and NOC will include a cost match for professional services <br />required to complete the feasibility study, with the City, VLAWMO, and NOC contributing to the <br />total not to exceed cost of $38,780. The City portion will be split amongst the tasks within the <br />proposal that relate directly to stormwater BMP's and nutrient reduction. The total cost of the <br />City portion is $11,061. City staff will also be working with the consultant developing the study. <br />The City's Environmental Board recommended approval of the proposal at their November 26, <br />2024 meeting. VLWAMO will be bringing the MOU to their board meeting on December 11, 2024 <br />for approval. <br />Funding for the City's share of the project will come from the Surface Water Management <br />Fund. This fund was established in 1992 to cover the costs of surface water planning and trunk <br />facility improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 24-164. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
