Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. <br />2. Closed Session — Attorney -Client Privilege <br />Mayor Rafferty reviewed that Pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, <br />subdivision 3(b) Attorney -Client Privilege, the meeting has been closed to discuss the <br />Zikar Holdings, LLC vs. City of Lino Lakes lawsuit. The City Council discussed the lawsuit <br />with the assigned attorneys and LMCIT representatives. <br />3.
