I Recessed: 6:34 P.M. and Reconvened 7:23 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 7:50 P.M. <br />LOCATION: Community Room <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty (arrived 6:27 P.M.), Councilmembers Cavegn, Lyden, <br />Stoesz and Ruhland <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />Staff Members Present: City Administrator Dave Pecchia, HR & Communications Manager Meg <br />Sawyer, Community Development Director Michael Grochala, and Police Captain Willaim <br />Owens, <br />1. Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Acting Mayor Stoesz called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />3. Closed Session <br />Acting Mayor Stoesz stated that pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, <br />subdivision 3(b) Attorney -Client Privilege, the meeting will be closed to discuss the Zikar <br />Holdings LLC vs. City of Lino Lakes lawsuit. <br />Motion to close the meeting at 5:32 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section <br />13D.05, subdivision 3(b) Attorney -Client Privilege, the meeting will be closed to <br />discuss the Zikar Holdings LLC vs. City of Lino Lakes lawsuit. <br />RESULT: <br />CARRIED [4-01 <br />MOVER: <br />Ruhland <br />SECONDER: <br />Lyden <br />AYES: <br />Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland and Stoesz <br />NAYS: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />Rafferty <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Mayor Rafferty arrived at 6:27 p.m. <br />Mayor Rafferty announced that the closed meeting was concluded and re -opened the <br />Work Session. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
