Natural Environment Plan. <br /> <br />The proposed earth moving/black dirt stockpile is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The grading plan and earth moving operation have been reviewed by City staff. The <br />stockpiling is temporary and will not have a negative impact on future land use, <br />transportation, utilities, or the environment. <br /> <br />2. The proposed development application is compatible with present and future land uses <br />of the area. <br />
