5 <br />Per City Code Section 1007.052(6): <br /> <br />• Auto repair requires 4 spaces plus 2 spaces per service bay. <br />o Three (3) service bays are proposed which requires 10 parking spaces <br /> 4 + (2x3) = 10 <br />• Office space requires 1 space for each 200 square feet of floor area. <br />o The site plan indicates 1,720sf of office which requires 9 parking spaces <br /> 1720/200 = 8.6 = 9 <br />• Total number of required parking spaces is 19. <br /> <br />The site plan provides 7 parking stalls with 1 being ADA compliant as well as 12 proof of parking <br />spaces within the outdoor storage area for a total of 19. Per City Code Section 1007.052(7)(b): <br />In no case shall the amount of off-street parking provided be less than one-half of the amount <br />of parking required by ordinance. Per City Code Section 1007.141(9)(h): The storage area does <br />not take up parking space or loading space as required for conformity to this chapter and is not <br />located in the front yard. <br /> <br />Parking requirements are not met.
