FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />2A — 2025 Budget & Levy <br />The Finance Director provided an overview of the proposed 2025 Budget and Levy. <br />Mayor Rafferty opened the public hearing at 6:43 p.m. <br />No comments were made. <br />Motion to close the public hearing at 6:43 p.m. <br />RESULT: <br />CARRIED [5-01 <br />MOVER: <br />Lyden <br />SECONDER: <br />Stoesz <br />AYES: <br />Rafferty, Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland and Stoesz <br />NAYS: <br />None <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. 24-168, Adopting the 2025 Final Budget and Levy. <br />RESULT: <br />CARRIED [5-01 <br />MOVER: <br />Lyden <br />SECONDER: <br />Stoesz <br />AYES: <br />Rafferty, Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland and Stoesz <br />NAYS: <br />None <br />2B — 2025-2029 Financial Plan <br />The Finance Director provided an overview of the 2025-2029 Financial Plan. She noted <br />there are two specific programs within the Capital Improvement Program, Community <br />Development and Citywide. Community Development projects are individually approved <br />by Council through the competitive bidding process while Citywide projects are <br />approved as part of the budgeting process. <br />Mayor Rafferty opened the public hearing at 6:47 p.m. <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
