CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-02 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE WATERMARK PARK <br />WHEREAS, on February 13, 2023, the City Council passed resolution 23-15 awarding the <br />construction contract for the Watermark Park Project in the amount of $668,265.30 to Dimke <br />Excavating, LLC.; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) where the final <br />amount of the Watermark Park Project was $683,120.58; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. <br />4 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of $109,857.71 for the Watermark Park Project <br />to Dimke Excavating, LLC. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13t" day of January, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
