Residential <br />uses shall be assigned one unit per dwelling unit unless otherwise noted by <br />MCES. <br />City Sewer (CSAC) <br />$1,686.00 Per SAC Unit <br />Trunk sewer unit charges addressed under this paragraph are in addition to any <br />SAC charges imposed by Metropolitan Council Environmental Services. An <br />estimate of the total charge and the trunk utility credit for developer installed <br />trunk oversizing is specified in Exhibit B. <br />Trunk Water Connection Fees <br />The City established trunk utility connection fees to uniformly distribute the <br />costs of public trunk water infrastructure. The Trunk Utility Connection Fee <br />consists of two components; a Trunk Charge and an Availability Charge. <br />Trunk Charge <br />The trunk charge shall be paid at the time of subdivision approval or at the time of <br />hook-up, whichever is first.
