applications for subsequent phases shall not be approved until building permits have <br />been issued for 40% of lots in the preceding phase. This division applies only when the <br />preceding phase consists of 40 or more lots. <br />Not applicable. This is a three (3) lot single family residential subdivision and will be <br />platted in one (1) phase. <br />(c) City attorney approval of the status of title/property ownership related to the final plat. <br />The City attorney has reviewed and approved the status of the title/property ownership with <br />conditions as noted below. <br />(d) Completed development contract. <br />A Development Agreement has been completed and shall be executed. <br />(e) Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat shall be fulfilled or secured by <br />the development agreement, as appropriate; and <br />The conditions of the preliminary plat have been substantially fulfilled.
