Parks, Greenways and Trails <br />A goals and policies of the parks, greenways and trails plan are not negatively impacted by the <br />proposed industrial development. <br />Additional City and Government Agency Review Comments <br />Anoka County Highway Department <br />The Anoka County Highway Department did not review the development because Lilac Street is <br />a local street. <br />City Engineer <br />The City Engineer provided comments per the attached memo. <br />Public Safety Comments <br />The Fire and Police Divisions had no issues that needed to be addressed. <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on January 8, 2025. There were no public <br />comments. The Board recommended approval with a 6-0 vote with the following revision: <br />Motor vehicles not currently licensed by the state, or that because of mechanical <br />deficiency are incapable of movement under their own power, shall not be parked or <br />stored outside for a period in excess of -39 90 days. <br />Environmental Board <br />The Environmental Board will review the project on January 29, 2025. <br />Agreements <br />Storm Water Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater facilities will be privately maintained and a Declaration for Maintenance of <br />Stormwater Facilities will be required. <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is required. <br />
