INTRODUCTION <br />The North Oaks Mixed Use Development is a 120-acre proposed construction of senior housing, market -rate <br />apartments, affordable housing, commercial space, and single-family lots located in the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed Project is expected to consist of: <br />• Residential units <br />o Single Family: 71 Lots (71 Units) <br />0 4-Plex: 5 Buildings (20 Units) <br />0 6-Plex: 6 Buildings (36 Units) <br />o Apartment: 2 Buildings (200 Units) <br />o Senior Living: 1 Building (100 Units) <br />• Commercial buildings <br />o 4.1 acres (178,596 sf) <br />The Project is located to the northwest of Wilkinson Lake Boulevard and Centerville Road, southeast of Ash <br />Street and Centerville Road, and northeast of Monarch Way and Ash Street. The Project will include the <br />construction of roads, walks/trails, stormwater ponds, and sanitary sewer lines. <br />EAW NOTIFICATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND COMMENT PERIOD <br />The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the North Oaks Mixed Use Development in Lino Lakes <br />was published and released for public review on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. The 30-day public comment <br />period closed on Thursday, January 16, 2024.
