He plans to operate a professional automotive <br />collision/repair shop and a towing/recovery company at 416 Lilac Street. The existing building <br />will be renovated and outdoor storage area hard surfaced and fenced. See attached narrative <br />for additional project details. <br />Existing Site Conditions <br />The existing site is 1.07 acres. The existing building was constructed in 1985. The rear yard area <br />is gravel surface. The site is relatively flat with elevations ranging from 898 to 902 ft.
