Slater Addition Final Plat <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen presented the staff report. <br /> <br />The applicant, Boulder Contracting, submitted a land use application for final plat for <br />Slater Addition. The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing parcel located at 7869 <br />Meadow View Trail into three (3) single family lots for the purpose of constructing two <br />(2) new single family homes. The lot is 1.41 gross acres (61,294 sf). <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth questioned recommendation #4 and requested clarification on the <br />fence whether it was existing or proposed. Ms. Larsen clarified it is an existing fence to <br />be removed. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson moved to approve the final plat subject to the conditions listed in the staff <br />report. Motion seconded by Mr. Vojtech. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />B. Spargur Estates Final Plat <br /> <br />The applicant, Mespargur Inc., submitted a land use application for final plat for Spargur <br />Estates. The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing parcel located at 559 Lois Lane <br />into three (3) single family lots for the purpose of constructing two (2) new single family <br />homes. The lot is 1.11 gross acres (48,510 sf). <br /> <br />No staff comments were made. <br /> <br />Mr. Vojtech moved to approve the final plat subject to the conditions listed in the staff <br />report. Motion seconded by Mr. Wipperfurth. Mr. Laden added in the future he would <br />like to see lot 1 have the possibility to be divided. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />C. Peltier Ponds PUD Concept Plan <br /> <br />Ms. Larsen presented the staff report. <br /> <br />The applicant, U.S. Home, LLC (aka Lennar), is proposing a master planned residential <br />development located west of CSAH 54 (20th Ave N) across from Watermark, east of <br />Peltier Lake, and north of the City of Centerville border. The development contains four <br />(4) parcels totaling approximately 125 gross acres and 262 housing units. The proposed <br />development is called Peltier Ponds. <br />
