Mr. Grochala added that retail <br />sales are only allowed in industrial and commercial districts. He also has seen <br />restrictions for home occupation in model ordinances. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth questioned if you can use the product at the business. Mr. Grochala <br />said he will find the language but does not think you can smoke on the premise. Mr. <br />Wipperfurth and Mr. Root were in agreement that it should be in the regulations. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden questioned the role of the City if the business will be licensed by the state. <br />Mr. Grochala stated we are only registering them. <br /> <br />B. Project Updates <br /> <br />Mr. Grochala provided project updates. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson moved to adjourn the meeting.
