<br />Section 4. Section 1007.131 (6) of the Zoning Ordinance (LB, Limited Business District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions with subsequent sections <br />renumbered accordingly: <br /> <br />(m) Cannabis retailer in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br />(n) Cannabis medical retailer in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br />(o) Lower-potency hemp edible retailer in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 5. Section 1007.132(6) of the Zoning Ordinance (GB, General Business District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions with subsequent sections <br />renumbered accordingly: <br /> <br />(s) Cannabis retailer, in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br />(t) Cannabis medical retailer in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br />(u) Lower-potency hemp edible retailer in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 1007.140(7) of the Zoning Ordinance (LI, Light Industrial District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions with subsequent sections <br />number accordingly: <br /> <br />(t) Cannabis businesses, conducted entirely within a principal structure: cultivator <br />(including medical), delivery service, manufacturer (including medical and lower-potency hemp <br />edible), medical combo, microbusiness, mezzobusiness, testing facility, transporter and <br />wholesaler in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 1007.141(7) of the Zoning Ordinance (GI, General Industrial District, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions with subsequent sections <br />number accordingly: <br /> <br />(r) Cannabis businesses, conducted entirely within a principal structure: cultivator <br />(including medical), delivery service, manufacturer (including medical and lower-potency hemp <br />edible), medical combo, microbusiness, mezzobusiness, testing facility, transporter and <br />wholesaler in compliance with City Code Chapter 617. <br /> <br />Section 8. Section 1007.142(7) of the Zoning Ordinance (BC, Business Campus, <br />Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to add the following provisions with subsequent sections <br />number accordingly: <br /> <br />(o) Cannabis Businesses, conducted entirely within a principal structure: delivery service, <br />manufacturer (including medical and lower-potency hemp edible), testing facility, transporter <br />and wholesaler in compliance with City Code Chapter 617.
