The city strongly <br />recommends the property owner/applicant hold a neighborhood meeting for informal <br />comment and feedback prior to preliminary plat application. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting feedback from the Planning & Zoning Board: <br /> <br />1. Thoughts on comprehensive plan amendment to land use designation (Urban <br />Reserve to Low Density Residential) and utility staging areas (Post 2040 to Stage <br />1B). <br /> <br />Additional Staff Comments: <br /> <br />1. All plan sheets: <br />a. Lot widths shall be measured at the minimum front yard setback. <br />2. Yield Plan: <br />a. The total number of units shall be shown. <br />b.
