<br />ACCEPT BID AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
<br />2025 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 2025
<br />Street Rehabilitation Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement; and

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that GMH Asphalt Corporation is the lowest responsible bidder; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to
<br />proceed with the project,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
<br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
<br />GMH Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $1,197,031.00 by the name of the City of Lino
<br />Lakes for the construction of the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project according to the plans
<br />and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
