CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.25-20 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2025 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to GMH Asphalt <br />Corporation in the amount of $1,091,835.00, on February 10, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br />the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $93,880.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br />proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br />and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 101" day of February, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />U111*1118 <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
