ARTICLE 18: INSURANCE <br />18.1 - Health Insurance and H.S.A. <br />Effective January 1, 20232025, Employer will contribute $4644.47 toward the premium for single coverage <br />and $1,'�v1,291.32 toward the premium for family coverage. The Employer's contribution for the health <br />savings account (HSA) toward the annual deductibles will be $1,000 for single coverage and $2,500 for family <br />coverage. <br />Effective January 1, 242-42026, Employer will contribute 100% of the base single plan and $','�°v1,291.32 <br />plus 50% of the 24242026 premium increase toward the family plan. The Employer's contribution for the health <br />savings account (HSA) toward the annual deductibles will be $1,000 for single coverage and $2,500 for family <br />coverage. <br />ARTICLE 20: UNIFORMS <br />20.2 - The Building Official, a full-time building inspector, and the Environmental Coordinator shall be credited <br />an annual amount of $380.00 for the purchase of work clothes to be used on the job. An itemized receipt is <br />required for all reimbursements. <br />Clothing allowance will be provided on a calendar year (January 1 - December 31) basis to employees.
