Floodplain fill is not permitted. <br />• Drainage and Utility Easements <br />The Shuda Farms property has a shared driveway easement. The project does not <br />require any new public easements. <br />• Development Agreement <br />A development agreement will not be required. A Site Performance Agreement is required. <br />• Grading Agreement <br />Grading agreement not required at this time. <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />A stormwater Maintenance Declaration is not applicable at this time. <br />• Permits Required <br />Permits for the IUP include the following: <br />1. Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />2. NPDES General Construction Permit <br />3.
