CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-22 <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, CONTRACT AND <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CENTERVILLE ROAD AND COUNTY <br />ROAD J ROUNDABOUT LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the County Road Jay and 135E Interchange is planned for reconstruction in 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the corridor from Centerville Road to Otter Lake Road is considered a Gateway in <br />the City's 2040 Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is proposing to complete landscaping improvement to the roundabout at <br />the intersection of Centerville Road and County Road J in accordance with the Gateway Design <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB has submitted a proposal for design, contract management and construction <br />administration; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the proposal from <br />WSB is hereby accepted in the amount of $15,930.00 and staff is hereby authorized to execute <br />the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of February, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
