(1) Notwithstanding anything within this Chapter to the contrary, the city may establish, own <br />and operate one municipal cannabis retail business. <br />(2) The city shall be subject to all the same retail license requirements and procedures <br />aDDlicable to all other aDDlicants. <br />617.10 SEVERABILITY: <br />If any provision of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br />the validity of the remaining provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2.
