See the attached <br />applicant's narrative for a detailed description of the development. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Existing Conditions <br />The existing site consists of three (3) parcels totaling 59.32 acres. Per the January 29, 2025 <br />Environmental Board staff report, there is one home on the site, a large wetland area, mowed <br />fields, several small ponds, and a private ditch.
