CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-21 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT AND <br />AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR THE <br />135E/CRJ INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the County Road J and 135E Interchange is planned for reconstruction in 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the roadways of Interstate (1) 35E, Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) and Ash <br />Street (CR J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd are under the jurisdiction of multiple agencies including the <br />City of Lino Lakes, the City of North Oaks, Anoka County and Ramsey County and the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation; and <br />WHEREAS, the portion of the right-of-way under the jurisdiction of Lino Lakes is proposed to be <br />transferred to Ramsey County for purposes of establishing a County State Aid Highway; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City Council hereby approves the Permanent Right of Way Agreement with Ramsey County, <br />and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24t" day of March, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
