CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-30 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2025 STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to R.L. Larson <br />Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $5,888,429.20, on March 24, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br />the 2025 Street Reconstruction and Water and Sewer Extension Project in the amount of <br />$395,300.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br />proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br />and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2025 Street Reconstruction and Water <br />and Sewer Extension Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24t" day of March, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
