Michael Grochala and Dave Pecchia
3/31 /25
Page 2
constructed and visible on the site is aligned with and set on top of the clearwell tank wall at a 46'
setback from Birch Street.
The slope on the north side of the WTP building will be impacted by the coordinate shift. The
slope down to the ditch along the south side of Birch Street will be slightly steeper than originally
planned, yet will be shallower than the City's maximum allowed 3:1 slope. This will not impact
ladder access on the north side of the building.
The proposed parking lot for the WTP building is similarly shifted 4' to the north, however, this will
still meet the setback requirement of 15'.
The shift to the east was minimal (0.42') and will not impact allowable setbacks.
Verification of WTP Related Exhibits:
The following exhibits were prepared separately, using the correct parcel linework, and WSB has
verified that they are unaffected by the coordinate shift.
• Certificate of Survey
• Lot Split
• Utility Easement Vacation
• Right of Way Easement
• Public Drainage System Easement
• Conservation Easement
• Wetland Buffer
• Legal Descriptions
• Raw Watermain Plan and Profile
A sketch showing the WTP Site and the building shift and setback issues is attached.
