CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-42 <br />SPARGUR ESTATES FINAL PLAT RECORDING EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, on January 13, 2025, the City Council passed Resolution No. 25-09 approving <br />Spargur Estates final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Subdivision Ordinance Section 1001.059(3) states the developer <br />shall record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final <br />plat shall be considered void, unless the developer requests and receives an extension from the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Mespargur Inc., has requested a 90 day extension to record <br />the final plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the recording date deadline for the Spargur Estates final plat and related documents has been <br />extended to July 13, 2025. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of <br />2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
