CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-44 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH ALDI INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for an ALDI's <br />grocery store; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 240., Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />1 <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range <br />22, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line of County State <br />Aid Highway 14 and the Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate No. 35E; thence East along said <br />South line of County State Aid Highway No. 14, a distance of 200 feet; thence at a right angle <br />South 250 feet; thence at a right angle West 298.22 feet to the Easterly right of way line of <br />Interstate Highway No. 35E; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way line 275.62 feet <br />to the point of beginning, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota.; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Aldi Inc. is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of April, 2025 <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
