LINO LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />MINUTES <br />DATE: March 24, 2025 <br />TIME STARTED: 8:00 PM <br />TIME ENDED: 9:10 PM <br />LOCATION: City Council Chambers <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty, Councilmembers Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland <br />and Stoesz <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />Staff Members Present: Interim City Administrator Dave Pecchia, City Clerk Roberta Colotti, <br />Human Resources and Communications Manager Meg Sawyer, Interim Public Safety Director <br />Curt Boehme and Interim Fire Chief Dan L'Allier. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rafferty at 8:00 PM. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Mayor Rafferty opened the public comment period. <br />No one was present for Public Comment. <br />Mayor Rafferty closed the public comment period at 8:02 p.m. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />The agenda was adopted as presented. <br />1. CONSENT AGENDA <br />No Report <br />2. FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />None <br />3. ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />The Human Resources and Communications Manager stated that Pat Melvin with DDA <br />Human Resources, Inc. is present this evening to review the City Administrator <br />candidate list with the City Council. <br />Pat Melvin, DDA Human Resources, Inc., provided an overview of the hiring process to <br />date. He stated that eight candidates are being presented for consideration to invite to <br />an interview. He asked that the Council select the top four to five candidates that they <br />would like to interview. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
