If installed, rooftop or ground mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened per City Code Section 1007.043(2)(d)14. 6. Annual inspections may be conducted by the City to ensure City Code compliance. 7. A separate sign permit application shall be submitted and approved by the City prior to any permanent, replacement, or temporary signage installation. 8. A building permit application for change of use shall be submitted for any new tenant that occupies a multi -tenant industrial building unit. 9. Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions may result in revocation of the conditional use permit.
