Commissioner Trehus agreed that many residents felt that the notification was inadequate this <br />past year. He believed that this item and the following agenda items would be good topics to <br />discuss in a joint meeting session with the City Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />This is an informational update for discussion and no formal action is required. If there are <br />further recommendations related to the notification process for development, the <br />recommendations should be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />None <br />
