CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-55 <br />APPROVING ACQUISITION AND ACCEPTING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />2025 STREET RECONSTRUCTON PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the preparation of plans and specifications to <br />construct the 2025 Street Reconstruction Project, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements require the acquisition of a drainage and utility <br />easement for the making of said improvements: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />purchase of a drainage and utility easement from the property located at 760 62nd Street is <br />hereby approved in the amount of $2,300.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 281" day of April, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
