CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-53 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A <br />CABARET LICENSE, SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AND TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE <br />TO ST. JOSEPH OF THE LAKES CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, the St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church has applied for a cabaret license, <br />special event permit and temporary liquor license; and, <br />WHEREAS, the event is scheduled to take place on August 9, 2025, and August 10, 2025, <br />with setup and takedown scheduled around those dates; and, <br />WHEREAS, the event is to be hosted at the St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department will review the plans for the event; and, <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph of the Lake Catholic Church has successfully hosted this event in the <br />past. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City Council authorizes issuance of a Cabaret License, Special Event Permit and Temporary Liquor <br />License for St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church to host a festival on August 91" and 101" of this <br />year, contingent upon the approval of the Public Safety Department including any and all <br />background checks, payment of any fees, and confirmation of all required documentation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on this 281" day of April 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, <br />City Clerk <br />
