CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-15 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH <br />BRF ENTERPRISES, LLC (416 LILAC STREET) <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for 416 Lilac <br />Street (BRF Enterprises, LLC); and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 5, Block 1, Lino Industrial Park; <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(6) requires a site improvement performance <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and BRF Enterprises, <br />LLC is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such <br />agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 281" day of April, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
