Building height: 40 feet (3-story) and 55 feet (4-story) > allowed 36 feet height in <br />shoreland district. <br />2. Floor Area: 550 square foot studio apartment unit < required 700 square feet with an <br />additional 100 square feet per bedroom <br />a. A maximum of 15% of all multi -family units can be studio apartments. <br />3.
