Insert revised Land Use and Density Plan <br />10. Sheet AO-16, Preliminary Plat: <br />a. Standard 10ft drainage and utility easement detail shall be included. <br />b. Drainage and utility easements shall be labeled. <br />c. Drainage and utility easement needed over stormwater ponds. <br />d. Outlot D and E shall be lots and blocks on the preliminary plat. <br />i. They can be final platted as outlots. <br />e. Show trail looping through public park to Ash Street. <br />c.
