Section 3: Any person, corporation or public body owning or controlling easements contained <br />upon the property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter <br />upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace or otherwise attend <br />thereto. <br />Section 4: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon filing of the ordinance. <br />Section 5: The vacations provided for by this ordinance are contingent on the following: <br />1) Dedication of new easements in the Otter Crossing South plat. Should the new <br />easements not be dedicated, the vacation provided by this ordinance shall be null and <br />void. <br />2) Payment to the City of Lino Lakes in the amount of $23,325.00 as reimbursement for the <br />City's original acquisition cost. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of April, 2025. <br />BY: <br />R a erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
