A raised median exists from <br />the American Legion south past 1-35W. A signalized intersection exists at Marketplace Drive. No <br />additional access points or driveways are allowed onto Lake Drive along this section. <br />77th Street is a minor collector local road. The section of 77th Street shown on the preliminary <br />plat was vacated in November 2024 via Ordinance No. 14-24. <br />Marketplace Drive will be extended west and connect to Marilyn Drive and 77th Street.
