The goal of the sanitary sewer plan is to maintain the city's residents and businesses with an <br />affordable and safe sanitary sewer system. The three (3) lot commercial preliminary plat will be <br />served by an affordable and safe sanitary sewer system. <br />Water Supply Plan <br />A goal of the water supply plan is to provide residents and businesses with affordable potable <br />water that is safe and of high quality for daily consumption and fire demand. The three (3) lot <br />commercial preliminary plat will be served with a safe and high quality water supply. <br />Parks, Greenways and Trails <br />A goal and policy of the parks, greenways and trails plan is to continue to development and <br />fund recreational activities in the City. The City collected cash in lieu of land dedication with <br />the Java Lino Lakes final plat. <br />Findings of Fact <br />The findings of fact are detailed in the attached resolution. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Java Lino Lakes 2nd Addition preliminary plat. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
