The site is approximately 14.1 acres and located east of 21st Avenue <br />and north of Main Street. Not all redline <br />comments are in the review memo. <br />0 <br />a Engineering <br />CO <br />CO <br />N General <br />O <br />0 <br />The Clearwater Commons commercial development proposes to create three (3) current <br />commercial lots with looping access from 21 st Avenue North through the site to the private <br />LO <br />street to the north and outlots the remaining area for future commercial development. A <br />Master plan was provided that laid out an idea of how the remaining outloted areas could be <br />Z platted in the future. <br />J <br />Q <br />a Grading <br />Z <br />U) A grading and drainage plan was provided for the site which included paved areas, curb, <br />and retaining walls for the initial Chipotle site as well as the looping access to the private <br />0 road to the north. <br />N <br />W <br />Comments: <br />1.
