RAMSEY PUBLIC WORKS <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />RJM worked with the City of Ramsey to build anew <br />93,000-square-foot public works facility which was completed on <br />budget and ahead of schedule. <br />We welcomed this opportunity to offer our Construction <br />Management Agency (CMa) services to the team at the City of <br />Ramsey to replace the outdated existing facility. <br />The new, efficient space was created to serve the community, city <br />staff, vehicles, and equipment. The building includes a storage area <br />for the city's vehicle fleet, a fleet maintenance shop, offices for <br />public works employees, and a community space. <br />MEP components relating to power, compressed air, and water <br />connections are all especially critical to the operation of this type <br />of facility. Our project team worked closely with all subcontractors <br />r=�o ensure the work met the design vision and owner expectations. <br />
