In <br />his role as Chief Estimator, Brian oversees preconstruction and estimating, <br />ensuring the incorporation of unique project details. He directs the team <br />to develop accurate budgets from schematic design to final construction, <br />achieving optimal value for clients in educational, community, corporate, <br />and healthcare markets. <br />His dedication to budget control, value analysis, and client relationships is <br />evident in the high -quality finished products.
