The general purpose of this Agreement is to continue VLAWMO and its <br />work on behalf of the Members to cooperatively adopt, administer, and update as needed <br />the Watershed Management Plan, and to carry out the purposes identified in Minn. Stat. § <br />103B.201 and the other provisions of the Act. The plan and programs shall operate within <br />the boundaries of VLAWMO as identified in the official map filed with the Minnesota <br />Board of Soil and Water Resources. The most current version of the official map defining <br />the boundaries of the Watershed is incorporated herein by reference. The boundaries of the <br />Watershed are subiect to change utilizing the procedure set out in Minn.
