The site <br />topography is relatively flat with the elevations at the soil boring locations ranging <br />from about 903 to 910 feet above mean sea level (MSL). <br />Zoning <br />Current Zoning R, Rural <br />Current Land Use Rural Residential <br />2040 Comp Plan Land Use Low Density Mixed Residential <br />Utility Staging Area 1B: 2025-2030 <br />Rezoning <br />The lot is currently zoned R, Rural.
