There are <br />additional redline comments on the plan set that should be responded to as well. Not all redline <br />comments are in the review memo. <br />Engineering <br />•General <br />The Erickson Property development is approximately 5 acres which extends a stubbed <br />th <br />street (Osakis Street) from the Watermark (5) Development on the east side ofCSAH 54 <br />th <br />(20Avenue). Thecurrent project proposes 14 single familylots and associated <br />infrastructure. <br />•Grading <br />The Erickson PropertyDevelopmentincludessite grading forthe 14 homesas well as the <br />extension of Osakis Streetanddriveways. <br />Comments: <br />1.Provide EOF elevations, locations and routes for all low points in the paved and <br />greenspaces. <br />2.Show all high and break points <br />3.Label all inlet elevations <br />4.Replace the eastern existing FES with CBMH and utilize the existing rear swales <br />th <br />from Watermark 5th/6(see redline comments)eliminating the proposed swale on <br />the Erickson Property lots. <br />a.Consider removing FES and pipe and converting STMH to CBMH <br /> <br />
