Larger drainage and utility easements will be required to be provided over <br />any utilities outside the right of way and any surface water management features <br />Comments: <br />1.Provide additional easement for the temporary cul de sac <br />2.Provide additional easement for drainage from one property to another <br />Development Agreement <br />A development agreement will be required with the final plat. <br />Grading Agreement <br />Grading agreement not required at this time. <br />•Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />Private stormwater facilities will be maintained through a Declaration for Maintenance of <br />Stormwater Facilities. The City of Lino Lakes shall be party to the Declaration.
