F. FLOOR PLAN REQUIREMENTS <br />Wilkinson Waters is planned in accordance with the Lino Lakes General Building and Use <br />Provisions for the building types proposed. <br />Two Family Dwellings and Townhouses. <br />Unit width will be a minimum of 24'. <br />The living area will be greater than 800 sf on the main floor, <br />An additional 100 sf shall be accounted for to cover utility space and each bedroom. <br />The attached Garage will be greater than 20' wide with a minimum footprint of 520 sq.ft. <br />Decks and patios are included in the initial floor plans. <br />Storm shelters will be included in the plan, integrated within the usable space. <br />Multi Family Dwellings and Townhouses. <br />Unit width will be a minimum of 700 sf. With an additional 100 A Per each bedroom. <br />Utility space will be incorporated within each living unit as well as building wide. <br />Recycling and garbage collection will be within the main building structure. <br />One parking stall will be provided for each unit in the lower -level parking garage. The <br />plan for this parking garage will conform to 1007.052 Off street parking.
