CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-66 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AGREEMENT <br />FOR NATURES REFUGE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Preliminary <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat for the Natures Refuge North on May 12, 2025, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading plan and found them to be in conformance <br />with the zoning and subdivision ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, City Code section City Code section 1001.145 (2) allows for site grading, <br />wetland mitigation and installation of stormwater management facilities after preliminary plat <br />approval, following approval of a development agreement and the submittal of required <br />financial securities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the Grading <br />Agreement between M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul LLC. and the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />Natures Refuge North PUD is hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27t" day of May, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
