Each project shows the total to be billed <br />hourly and not to exceed unless authorized by the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Wetland Monitoring is not included in this scope of services. Wetland monitoring will be <br />required by the LGU (WCA), MNBWSR, and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE) as <br />a condition of the approval process of the Mitigation Banking Instrument for a period of <br />five (5) years.
