CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.25-75 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AND TEMPORARY LIQUOR <br />LICENSE FOR THE BELIEVENT CANINE PARTNERS RIDE & TENT PARTY <br />WHERAS, the Believet Canine Partners is planning a ride and tent party on Saturday, June <br />14, 2025; and, <br />WHERAS, the event is being hosted at the American Legion; and, <br />WHEREAS, they have requested use of the City stage; and, <br />WHEREAS, they have submitted an application and certificate of insurance to be forwarded <br />to the State for final approval for a temporary liquor license; and, <br />WHEREAS, the permit applications and plan for the event will be required to be in <br />compliance with city code and regulations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes issuance of a Special Event Permit and Temporary <br />Liquor License for submittal to the State for final approval, for Believet Canine Partners Ride and <br />Tent Party on June 14, 2025 with set-up and take -down the day before and after the event. An <br />alternative date in 2025 may be approved by the City Administrator in the event of inclement <br />weather.
